So, aside from being a general scumbag, how did King earn his 'Crap Loanee' status? Well, 9 games without a goal from a centre forward, including a missed penalty, should be explanation enough. Add to this the fact that he scored a shedload the next season for Watford, as they beat us to promotion and you have it.
Some may argue that his being a crap loanee is down to Blackwell, and his pesky habit of playing good forwards out wide... and if I liked King, I might make that point. But I don't. So I won't.
